Standards for admission to the Ultra-lightweight Flying Unmanned Multicopter Pilot Fostering Program

- Age
- Men and women 14 years of age or older
-
- Vision
- Vision of at least 0.8 in both eyes and at least 0.5 in each eye (corrected vision)

- Color vision
- The ability to distinguish red, green, and yellow

- Hearing
- The ability to hear everyday speech

- Qualifications
- Holders of a level 2 or higher automotive driver's license issued by the local police commissioner
Training content
- Mock flight (flight training using a simulator)

- Actual flight
- Twenty hours of actual flight time including takeoff and landing, hovering in place, forward and reverse flight, triangulated flight, remote flight, emergency landings and flight/takeoffs in position modes, and crosswind flight and landing
